Especially if you haven’t gotten a text or call from me prior to your appointment. 💎 Hair must be grippable all around. 💎 GRACE PERIODS you have a 15min grace period. Late fee is $30. 30mins late results in cancellation. Please COMMUNICATE. Failure to do so, you will be canceled. 💎 Please come with your hair product free and fully combed & blown out. (Faster process) IF NOT $10 more! 💎 If for any reason you have to cancel let me know ahead of time. You have one more usage so the deposit you sent me still goes towards style you rescheduled for till the end of the month. New month=new deposit. NO SHOW = BANNED!! 💎 If you choose to book a month ahead your appointment is not guaranteed to be accepted. Books are open every 25th of each month for the following month. 💎 Squeeze ins are $50 more 💎 No changing size or hairstyle day of appointment! If so it has to be the same/less duration as the style you chose. 💎I record & take photos to promote my business. Be camera ready! 💎 Children’s negotiations will be offered at the end of service once the hair is finished & handled.
